Description
The PrimeVision Universal Two-Piece Detection System is a turnkey system for optimal staining of antigen-antibody complexes. The detection of antigen-antibody complexes is provided by binding to a polyconjugate of a secondary antibody (goat) and polymeric horseradish peroxidase (HRP). The polymer complex (polyconjugate) is visualized with a substrate (3,3'-diaminobenzidine, DAB) forming a colored product. The PrimeVision Detection System detects both mouse and rabbit primary antibodies bound to antigen on tissue sections. The use of primary antibodies manufactured by PrimeBioMed LLC is recommended.
Components
1. Linker solution (ready-to-use / 1x concentration) - A solution that binds the polymer complex and the antigen-antibody complex.
2. HRP polyconjugate solution (ready to use / 1x concentration) - Solution containing goat anti-mouse / rabbit antibodies and horseradish peroxidase conjugates.
3. Solution A: H2O2 buffer (ready to use / 1x concentration) - Used to dilute the DAB substrate chromogen (Solution B).
4. Solution B: DAB Chromogen Concentrate (see instructions for use for dilution guidance) - Used to visualize polymer complexes.
